Mr. Kamlesh Joshi has over 25 years of experience in the specialty chemicals and distribution industry, with leadership roles at Brenntag, hubergroup, SI Group, and AkzoNobel. He has deep expertise in commercial strategy, supply chain management, and business development across domestic and international markets. Mr. Shashikant Bharuka is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 24 years of experience in finance, accounting, and corporate reporting. He has held senior finance roles in leading pharmaceutical companies including Lupin, Unichem Laboratories, and Ajanta Pharma. His expertise includes financial reporting, audit management, compliance, and strengthening financial controls and systems.
Mr. Govind Parmar brings over 44 years of experience in finance, factory administration, and operational management in the chemicals industry. He has been closely associated with Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd for many years, contributing to both governance and operational leadership. As Director – Factory, he oversees plant administration and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth and compliant manufacturing operations.
